Formata is an integrated development and project management practice focused on delivering well-coordinated, high-quality building projects

We act as a strategic development partner, guiding projects from early feasibility through design, construction, and final handover. By integrating development strategy, architecture, engineering, and construction management into one coordinated process, we ensure clarity, control, and accountability at every stage.

  • Formata was founded on a simple observation: too many development projects in Indonesia fail not from bad design or bad construction, but from the gaps between them. Architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers often operate in silos. Owners pay the price in delays, budget overruns, and compromised quality.

    We were built to close those gaps. By integrating project strategy, design coordination, engineering documentation, and construction management under one disciplined practice, we deliver developments where every discipline speaks the same language and answers to the same standard.

    Today, our team has contributed to projects ranging from large-scale hospitality developments like the St. Regis Jakarta to luxury villas across Bali, Labuan Bajo, and Timor-Leste, and innovative co-living and resort concepts in Nuanu Creative City and beyond.
