Latte Villas explores a Mediterranean-inspired language adapted to Bali’s tropical setting, expressed through curved walls, arched openings, and a cohesive earthy palette. The architecture is composed as a series of sculpted volumes, creating depth and shadow while maintaining a calm and inviting presence.

The planning organizes spaces around intimate courtyards and pool areas, allowing each villa to feel private while still open to light and greenery. Openings are carefully framed to balance enclosure and exposure, creating a sequence of spaces that feel both protected and connected to the outdoors.

Materiality plays a central role, with soft plaster finishes and natural textures reinforcing the warmth of the design. The consistent palette creates a unified identity across the development while allowing subtle variations in spatial experience.
