Saskara Villa explores a bold yet restrained architectural language, defined by solid volumes, earthy tones, and layered façades. The use of terracotta hues and textured surfaces anchors the building within its tropical context while giving it a distinct visual identity.

A perforated brick screen becomes a key element of the design, functioning as both a privacy layer and a climatic filter. It allows light and air to pass through while softening the interface between interior and exterior.

The massing is composed to create a sense of enclosure and retreat, shielding private spaces from the surroundings while maintaining openness within. Landscape elements are integrated to complement the architecture, reinforcing a calm and grounded atmosphere.

The result is a villa that balances solidity and permeability, offering a private yet breathable living environment suited to its tropical setting.
