A domestic space reinterpreted through a warehouse typology.
The Warehouse explores the transformation of an industrial structure into a private living environment, retaining the raw spatial qualities of a warehouse while adapting them for residential use. The design emphasizes large open volumes, exposed structure, and a clear hierarchy of space.

A double-height central area anchors the house, integrating living, parking, and circulation into a single continuous volume. The presence of a mezzanine level introduces layering without breaking the openness, allowing visual connectivity across different functions.

Materiality combines industrial elements with warmer tropical finishes, balancing rawness with comfort. Timber surfaces, soft lighting, and controlled detailing soften the scale, making the space livable while preserving its bold character.

The result is a unique private house that merges industrial identity with tropical living, creating a spatial experience that is both expansive and intimate.
