Momo Villa is a small-scale development consisting of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, designed to sit gently within the landscape of Labuan Bajo. The approach prioritizes simplicity in form and material, allowing the architecture to blend seamlessly with its surroundings rather than stand apart from it.

The design emphasizes low, horizontal proportions, natural timber construction, and open verandas that extend living spaces outward. Large openings invite light, air, and greenery into the interiors, creating a relaxed and breathable environment suited to the tropical climate.
