Bongan Villa is designed as two distinct masses connected by a bridge on the second floor, forming a central courtyard that becomes the core of the living experience. This configuration enhances cross ventilation, allowing air to flow naturally through the spaces while maintaining privacy between functions.

The architectural language remains intentionally restrained, focusing on proportion, material honesty, and functional layout. The courtyard acts as both a visual anchor and an environmental strategy, bringing light and greenery into the heart of the villa.

Roof design plays a critical role, carefully shaped to manage heavy tropical rainfall while reinforcing the overall simplicity of the form. Every element is considered to respond to climate first, resulting in a house that feels practical, breathable, and grounded.
