Tepi Hutan Villas is a 5-unit villa development in Pejeng, shaped by a strong local design approach and a series of on-site challenges. With the original architect no longer involved, the project required full takeover and direction under Formata to ensure completion.

The design embraces local architectural language, yet its realization demanded continuous technical improvisation across construction stages. Constraints in execution, coordination, and detailing required hands-on problem solving to maintain both buildability and design intent.
