A budget-conscious transformation rooted in Japanese minimalism.
Greensky Coliving began as an aging residential house in Bali, redesigned from the ground up into a refined coliving guesthouse. The project adopted a Japanese-inspired aesthetic — clean lines, natural timber, and a restrained material palette — while working within strict budget parameters, retaining and repurposing existing structural elements wherever feasible.
The outcome is a market-ready hospitality property that proves design integrity and cost discipline are not mutually exclusive. A grounded, functional space built for guests who value calm over clutter.
